We currently have six available function venues, each of which has been designed with flexibility and luxury in mind, to ensure your event is a success.
VENUES ON LEVEL 1
Westin I & II
Located on level one, Westin I & II are our most versatile rooms allowing us to cater for all kinds of events. These rooms are identical in size at 66 square metres and can accommodate up to 70 guests and can be combined to create Westin III for larger events. Sweeping views over the city and a private outdoor terrace make these rooms an ideal venue for your conference, formal dinner or cocktail reception right in the heart of the city.
The largest of our conference rooms, the Westin Room III, boasts 131 square metres of stylish contemporary space, which can be adapted to suit a classroom, cabaret, banquet or cocktail set up and can accommodate up to 150 guests in a theatre style. Just like the Westin I and II, the Westin III affords Melbourne city views and opens out to a private outdoor terrace for an enchanting cocktail reception, formal dinner or business conference.
Flooded with natural light and overlooking the city, the stylish Westin Room IV is the perfect space for a small to medium sized conference or event. Boasting 66 square meters of floor space and 3 metre high ceilings, Westin Room IV can be adapted to accommodate boardroom, theatre or classroom style functions and cocktail parties for up to 70 guests.
Executive Conference Room I
This smart, professional setting is perfect for small meetings or presentations. It accommodates up to 40 guests in a theatre style setting or 17 guests for a board meeting. The 47 square metre space offers floor to ceiling windows overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral and the Chapter house.
Executive Conference Room II
At 76 square metres, the Executive Conference Room II can accommodate up to 28 guests in a U-shape setting or 51 guests for a classroom style function. Floor to ceiling windows showcasing inspiring views over St Paul’s cathedral and City Square will help keep your delegates invigorated throughout the day.
We offer Apple TV to our meeting facilities. With this, you can connect your compatible device to the projection screen for wireless streaming of your photos, presentation and videos. You can also mirror your device display to take advantage of the screen in your room. Apple TV is compatible with host of products familiar to most business travellers including iPhones, iPads, iPods and MacBooks. Connecting is easy!
