At Westin, everything we do is designed to help you feel your best. From our world-renowned Heavenly® Bed and our nourishing SuperFoodsRx™ selection, to our Westin Workout Fitness Studios, every element of your stay is created FOR A BETTER YOU.
The Westin Well-Being Movement is a global initiative dedicated to inspiring guests to discover new approaches to well-being at Westin and beyond. The Movement features innovative partnerships and programs across Westin’s six pillars of well-being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well and Play Well.
Below are just some of the well-being initiatives in place at The Westin Melbourne.
Stay Active While Travelling
To help you pack light and stay fit, The Westin Melbourne offers New Balance® shoes and clothing for you to use during your stay for only $5.00AUD. Guests can request the appropriate shoe and clothing size, and they will be conveniently delivered to their guest room. Shoes come with socks that are brand new and for the guest to keep, and the clothing is provided fresh and clean.
Combine your workout routine with fresh air and local scenery with the RunWESTIN℠ program. Running maps have been developed that take in the local sights and guests are even welcome to join a group run with a Run Concierge. Either way, they are welcomed back with a fresh towel and cold bottled water.
The Westin Melbourne offers two dedicated WestinWORKOUT Rooms in the hotel that allow guests to stay fit and active in the privacy of their room. These come equipped with a treadmill or stationary bike, dumbbells, fitness DVDs, resistance bands and stability balls. We also provide bottled water, plenty of towels and whatever else you need for a fulfilling workout.
